The ultrasonic cleaning head houses an ultrasonic generation chamber and dual vacuum adsorption chambers. Clean compressed air drives the ultrasonic generator, causing micron-scale particles on glass, panel, or precision workpiece surfaces to overcome their own adhesion force and detach through lifting, sliding, and rolling motion — single or combined — before being instantly captured by the vacuum chamber. Cleaning is fully non-contact, leaving no scratches or wear on the treated surface.
The system runs on a closed-loop internal air circuit. A high-pressure blower delivers clean air through a high-efficiency filter stage, while a medium-efficiency filter stage recovers dislodged dust on the return path. No outside air is introduced at any point, so the airflow balance of a cleanroom is never disturbed and secondary contamination is avoided — suitable for continuous use on Class 1000 and cleaner production lines.
The cleaning head is compact, with duct outlets configurable to face up, sideways, or down, and the effective treatment width can be customized to match the workpiece size. Tubing between the head and the main cabinet can run up to 15 meters, allowing easy retrofit ahead of existing cutting, laminating, or inspection stations without major line modification.
A touchscreen and PLC control system provide temperature feedback, air-pressure feedback, ultrasonic frequency monitoring, and instant high/low-frequency switching, with the ability to link to incoming-material signals for automatic standby and run states. Reserved Siemens S7 and Modbus TCP communication interfaces support MES data upload and remote management.
The ultrasonic generator has no wearing parts and does not degrade over time, requiring no routine maintenance. Built-in medium- and high-efficiency filter stages, paired with differential-pressure alarms and a maintenance countdown reminder, keep upkeep simple. Typical applications include LCD panel and touch-glass processing, optical lens manufacturing, acrylic/organic glass processing, automotive component production, laser cutting, and precision welding stations — anywhere surface cleanliness matters and conventional air-blow or contact cleaning risks damage or contamination.
