The system typically combines an automatic label-feeding and peeling unit, a sensor-based product-detection module that triggers labeling only when a bag is correctly positioned, and an adjustable pressing/smoothing mechanism that presses the label down along the bag surface to eliminate air bubbles and ensure lasting adhesion. Label position (front, back, top) and printed content (batch number, production date, barcode) can be coordinated with an inline printer for full traceability, which is particularly valuable for medical device and pharmaceutical packaging where lot traceability is a regulatory requirement.
